Everyone is on the move these days. It’s go, go, go all the time. What does this mean for businesses? It means that people are accessing your information, your website and your social media profile on the run. This puts your name and your product or service at their fingertips, giving them immediate access to your information 24/7. To ensure your users are getting the best mobile experience possible, follow our checklist below.

Checklist #1: Does your website work well on mobile devices?

If your customers can’t easily navigate your mobile site, they’re sure to drop off and head somewhere else. If they can’t get to the information they need quickly, it’s just as easy for them to find another company with a better site.

Checklist #2: Are you branded?

If a customer finds you on Facebook, heads to Twitter for the latest information and then jumps on your website, will it be a seamless transition? It’s important that everything from colors to logos are similar, if not identical, on all social media sites. You want users to correlate the visual look of your Google+ page (or any other social media account)  with your website.

Checklist #3: Can they contact you easily?

This applies to everything from NAP (name, address, phone number) to local listings. Is your name, address and phone number clearly listed not only on your website, but also your social media pages and local listings? Many customers will do a last minute search for a product or service and just like with your mobile site, they will move on if they can’t find your location or contact information.

As a leading printer in Scottsdale, we see the value in a digital presence along with traditional marketing methods, such as brochures, mailers and postcards.
