File Submission Requirements
Following these specifications helps ensure accuracy, color consistency, and smooth production.
- Recommended format: PDF
- Files created at actual trim size
- Submit single pages, not spreads
- 300 DPI images
- 1/8″ bleed on all sides with crop marks
- All fonts embedded
- CMYK, Grayscale, and Spot Colors accepted
- Use our Export Profile for InDesign-to-PDF conversion
- InDesign packages must include fonts, links, and exported PDF
- Combine multiple files into a single compressed folder (ZIP, RAR, etc.)
- Maximum upload size: 20 GB
