Andrew Pinch

Vice President and General Manager

Andrew Pinch brings a rare combination of commercial insight, operational depth, and product vision to his role as Vice President of Product at O’Neil Printing. With nearly a decade of leadership across founding Printing Solutions and now a part of O’Neil, Andrew has helped shape the evolution of the company’s product strategy during a period of significant industry transformation.

Andrew’s career in the printing industry has been defined by integration. He understands sales, operations, pre-press, packaging, direct marketing, brand development, and emerging technology not as separate functions, but as connected components of a modern marketing supply chain. That systems-level thinking now guides how he leads product development at O’Neil.

Before stepping into his current role, Andrew spent more than nine years at Printing Solutions, where he helped scale product offerings, refine operational workflows, and align sales strategy with production capabilities. His experience inside a fast-moving, client-facing environment sharpened his ability to evaluate products not just for innovation, but for scalability and margin integrity.

Today, Andrew focuses on building a future-ready product portfolio aligned with market demand and O’Neil’s enterprise growth strategy. He works cross-functionally to identify high-growth categories, integrate automation and emerging technologies, strengthen packaging and digital production capabilities, and develop repeatable, program-based offerings that drive recurring revenue.

Andrew believes strong products are built at the intersection of client need, operational excellence, and disciplined execution. He invests in developing teams that think like owners, make informed decisions, and continuously improve. In an industry defined by change, Andrew brings steady, forward-looking leadership that keeps O’Neil competitive and positioned for what’s next.

Outside of work, Andrew values time with his family and the balance that comes from stepping away to recharge, bringing the same intentionality to home life that he brings to leadership.
