Simon Beltran

Simon is a recognized business and thought leader with over 15 years of executive level history, excelling in leadership within the distribution, manufacturing, e-commerce, physical and digital communication marketplace. In his role as CEO and President, Simon oversees all aspects of the technology and revenue organizations, including sales, marketing, product, technology solutions and client experience. His teams are charged with the core goal of delivering exceptional value and an amazing user experience for our clients across a full spectrum of technology driven solutions, excellence in print and fulfillment services, and marketing supply chain expertise.

Before joining the O’Neil team, Simon served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for 4over.com in Glendale, CA. Prior to his time at 4over, he was the Vice President and General Manager for the Shutterfly Inc enterprise business, Shutterfly Business Solutions. Throughout his leadership career, Simon has been charged with scaling businesses through land and expand selling efforts, process innovation, building cross functional and collaborative teams, and driving integrated technology and production solutions.

Simon and his family, wife Althea and their 4 children, are thrilled to be back in Arizona and have been warmly welcomed by the O’Neil family. In his down time, Simon enjoys being outdoors with his family and friends and can often be found on his bikes, road and mountain, running the trails or on the golf course.
